European Grand Prix Formula One
More than 500 million viewers will closely monitor the street circuit of Valencia
Valencia receives in 2008, the European Grand Prix in Valencia Street Circuit, a spectacular street circuit that opens Valencia to the sea. This is an excellent business card of Spain and the Comunitat Valenciana before the world. The test is celebrated in the streets of the capital of the Comunitat Valenciana and it has all the safety parameters of the conventional circuits, as well as to browse the attractive area of the navy sports of the Port America's Cup, including a rotatory bridge that cross the port channel.
The test is scheduled to be held in the capital of the Comunitat Valenciana during at least seven years and will have all the safety parameters of the conventional circuits, as it will be inspected by the technicians in the federations of motor sports in Spain and in the international one.
The figures to follow-up to the competition are estimated in 500 million viewers around the world, 10 percent of the world's population, and the Comunitat Valenciana will have a return of 70 million euros for each celebration of a Grand Prix.
